By accessing our website and engaging with any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined below. Simply using our services signifies your acceptance of these terms from that moment onward.
Your continued use of Guest Posts 360 Private Limited also indicates that you have read and agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy of service providers. You confirm that you are not engaged in, nor intend to engage in, any of the prohibited activities outlined in their policy.
In addition, by visiting guestposts360.com, you are also agreeing to adhere to the Acceptable Use Policies, Terms of Service, and any other relevant legal agreements provided by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Banks, Wallets and any other payment processors we use.
You may not use our services to engage in illegal conduct or promote unlawful content. You agree to act in accordance with all applicable laws when using Guest Posts 360's platform and resources.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure your actions using Guest Posts 360 comply with any relevant local, national, or international laws, regardless of how you use our services.
If you do not accept these Terms or the referenced Acceptable Use Policies, you must not access or use Guest Posts 360's services or website.
Guest Posts 360 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Each time you use our services, the version of the Terms and Conditions currently published on our website will apply. We encourage you to check guestposts360.com regularly to stay informed of any updates.
By continuing to use our platform, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted our latest Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all relevant Acceptable Use Policies, including those from our payment partners.
We also reserve the right to discontinue any active user relationship if we determine that there is evidence of dishonest or unethical behavior.
Guest Posts 360 Private Limited named as Guest Posts 360 or GP 360.
Administration refers to the Guest Posts 360 support team or its authorized representatives.
Account means your unique user profile registered within the Guest Posts 360 system, granting access to our full range of features accordingly.
User is any individual or entity accessing the Guest Posts 360 website and/or its services.
Publisher refers to a person or entity who registers to use the platform for sharing and monetizing sponsored content.
Buyer refers to a person or entity that creates content orders or tasks through our platform.
Affiliate is a registered user who promotes Guest Posts 360 through referral links or other authorized methods in order to earn commissions based on referred activity or purchases.
To use Guest Posts 360, you must be at least Eighteen (18) years old. By registering an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date, and you agree to maintain that accuracy. You also consent to our use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please note: Guest Posts 360 accounts cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to others under any circumstances.
To use our services, you need to register for a personal account. You must submit complete and truthful information during signup and keep your details current.
You must not choose a username that:
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Sharing your account or login information is prohibited.
If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately.
Buyers choose a suitable platform for promotion based on listings provided by Publishers on Guest Posts 360. Once selected, the Buyer submits their content requirements.
A task will be automatically cancelled by the system if:
While a task is active, the Buyer may request Guest Posts 360 support to assign a different Publisher if:
In cases of unclear task descriptions, any ambiguity will be interpreted in favor of the Publisher.
Publishers set their own service pricing on the Guest Posts 360 platform.
All Buyer–Publisher messages are stored securely on Guest Posts 360's servers and may be used in dispute resolution. Task details and payment data are strictly confidential and may not be disclosed.
The Buyer must review the submitted work within 05 calendar days after being notified. If no action is taken, the task will be escalated to Guest Posts 360's administration for evaluation and approval on the 06th day.
The Buyer may not request changes that were not part of the original task brief.
Content may be returned to the Publisher for revision if it doesn't meet initial requirements. If:
Then the Publisher may ask the Guest Posts 360 team to approve the task and release payment.
Task guidelines cannot be altered once the Publisher has started work. Clarifications must be communicated via the platform's messaging tool.
Published and paid-for content cannot be edited or changed post-approval.
The Buyer agrees to pay service fees to Guest Posts 360 for using the platform.
Once a task is created and assigned, the agreed payment is reserved from the Buyer's account. After final approval, this amount is released to the Publisher.
Guest Posts 360 reserves the right to restrict Buyer accounts under the following conditions:

Buyers must notify Guest Posts 360 within 30 days of any billing disputes; otherwise, charges are deemed final. Buyers are also responsible for:
Unresolved payments may lead to account suspension, campaign deletion, or legal collection with added fees.
Accounts that remain unused for over 180 days will be marked inactive, and remaining balances may be deducted as inactivity fees.
Buyers can request custom articles by submitting an order. They define parameters such as topic, category, desired word count, and content guidelines. Accurate task instructions are required, and any issues from unclear submissions are the Buyer's responsibility.
Guest Posts 360 is not liable for the content quality, rights violations, or confidentiality breaches that may arise from third-party authors.
Once submitted, the Buyer may:
Tasks may also be rejected by Guest Posts 360 at any stage if fraud or disputes are detected.
If a revision is requested, the article deadline may be extended. If no revision is requested within 5 days, the article is considered accepted. Revision instructions must be clear and specific. If the Publisher doesn't revise the article as per request, the Buyer can reject it entirely, and the reserved funds will be returned.
Final rejection decisions will be made by Guest Posts 360 and are binding.
Ownership of any article is transferred to the Buyer only after full acceptance and payment. Once approved, the Buyer gains full rights to reproduce, distribute, or publish the content across any medium.
The minimum withdrawal amount is 4000 PKR.

Disallowed categories include:
Adult, gambling, weapons, tobacco, pharmaceuticals (without license), hacking, pirated software, dating, forex, unlicensed medical content, fraudulent or pyramid schemes, and others.
Moderators also evaluate user experience and design. Sites may be disapproved or removed if quality deteriorates.
If a Publisher deletes a site before the associated task reaches "Completed" status, the funds will be refunded to the Buyer.
Multiple accounts are not allowed. Guest Posts 360 may block duplicate accounts and combine multiple accounts under the same user.
Publishers can add sites via three methods through their dashboard. They must agree to the platform terms before submission. For bulk uploads (150+ sites) via CSV, only the first 150 qualifying sites will be initially approved. Remaining sites will be reviewed after the Publisher completes at least four (04) tasks.
Publishers must review and respond to task offers from Buyers within Two (02) days of receipt.
Tasks will be automatically declined by the system under the following conditions:
6.2.1 Guest Posts 360 reserves the right to cancel tasks at any active status (including In Progress, Buyer's Approval, Revision, or Completed) if fraud or a dispute is detected.
Task offers with the "New" label are automatically removed after 30 days.
Once a Publisher accepts a task from a Buyer, they are obligated to complete it in full accordance with the provided instructions.
Final submissions must fully meet the Buyer's initial requirements.
Publishers are responsible for setting their own rates for the services they offer.
If submitted content fails to meet requirements or is later removed, and the Publisher's balance covers the payment, Guest Posts 360 will refund the Buyer. If the Publisher's balance is insufficient, the account may be temporarily frozen pending investigation.
Approved and published content must not be altered. Publishers may not insert unauthorized links, ads, or other modifications that weren't approved by the Buyer.
Buyers may return a task for revision if it does not meet the specifications. A maximum of Two (02) revisions may be requested before payment is automatically released to the Publisher.
If a Buyer:
The Publisher can escalate the issue to Guest Posts 360 for resolution and payment release.
All communication between Buyers and Publishers is stored within the Guest Posts 360 platform and may be reviewed by the support team to resolve disputes. Task-related details and payment history are confidential.
Publishers' websites must be publicly accessible without registration barriers. While some site areas can be restricted, any paid posts must be visible to all users.
Publishers must not delete, cloak, or modify anchor text or links. Published posts must remain live and unaltered for a minimum of 120 days after publishing.
6.13.1 Violations such as those mentioned above may lead to account restrictions, delisting of the site, rating downgrades, and withheld payments.
Guest Posts 360 resolves disputes based on task details and communication history between the Buyer and Publisher.
Publisher accounts may be suspended or terminated for any violations—whether direct or indirect—pending investigation.
Upon suspension or termination of an account, payment for completed but unpaid tasks will be processed within Fourteen (14) days. Remaining balance will be sent to the last known payment method. If no payment info is available, the Publisher will be notified and must coordinate the payout with the Guest Posts 360 support team.
Once a Buyer creates and sends a task, the payment is reserved from their account. Upon approval of the completed task, the amount is moved to the Publisher's available balance.
Withdrawals are only available for tasks marked as completed and approved. The Publisher is responsible for entering correct payment information. Guest Posts 360 is not liable for payments sent to incorrect addresses.
A processing fee is charged for each withdrawal based on the payment method selected.
All prices on Guest Posts 360 are listed in platform credits, where 1 credit equals Rs.01.00 PKR. When a User adds funds to their account, they are purchasing credits for use within the platform. Payments are accepted via Bank or Wallet.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. If a User believes a payment was made in error, they may request a refund within 30 days. No refunds will be issued after this period.
All payments for tasks (such as sponsored posts) are final once work has begun. If a task is incomplete or disputed, the Buyer may raise the issue through the platform's dispute process.
Guest Posts 360 will review all disputes. If the Buyer's claim is valid, a refund will be credited to their account balance for future use on the platform.
The Guest Posts 360 Affiliate Program allows registered users to earn commissions by referring new users. Participation indicates acceptance of these terms and the platform's general Terms and Conditions.
You must have an active and verified Guest Posts 360 account to qualify. Approval is at our sole discretion.
Only referrals made through official affiliate links will be tracked. Affiliates are responsible for proper use of tracking links.
Payouts are issued based on current thresholds and supported methods. Accurate payment info is required. Guest Posts 360 may withhold payouts for suspicious activity or violations.
Affiliates must not engage in:
Violations may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
Guest Posts 360 reserves the right to terminate affiliate access at any time. Termination ends eligibility for future commissions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:
Guest Posts 360 reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict content and accounts violating these policies or posing legal or reputational risks.
All rights, title, and interest in all intellectual property related to the Services—including software, platform, documentation, code (API, SDK), and any developed work—remain the sole property of Guest Posts 360 or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you. Use is limited by this Agreement, and all rights not explicitly granted are reserved.
GuestPosts360.com® and associated logos and branding are trademarks of Guest Posts 360. Other displayed marks may belong to third parties. Use of any mark (including in meta tags or hidden text) without prior written permission is prohibited. You agree not to contest ownership and to comply with any use restrictions or removal requests.
You grant Guest Posts 360 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your name, logo, and branding for informational and promotional purposes related to the Services.
Any suggestions or feedback you provide become the sole property of Guest Posts 360, with full rights for unrestricted use and implementation.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
Upon termination, your access to the platform and Services will cease immediately.
Provisions regarding indemnity, intellectual property, liability, and clauses intended to survive termination will remain in effect.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Guest Posts 360 disclaims all express or implied warranties including merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee error-free, secure, or uninterrupted service.
Guest Posts 360's liability is limited to the greater of 3000 PKR or the total paid by you within the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or transactions accessed via our platform.
Use of the platform in jurisdictions where services are restricted is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guest Posts 360 and affiliates from any claims or liabilities, including legal costs, arising from your use of the Services, breach of this Agreement, or infringement of third-party rights. This obligation survives termination.
This Agreement is the entire understanding between you and Guest Posts 360. Waivers must be in writing. If any part is found invalid, it will be replaced with a valid equivalent. We are not responsible for force majeure events. The relationship is that of independent contractors. You may not assign this Agreement without our consent. Guest Posts 360 may assign it at any time. Changes to the Agreement will be posted; continued use means acceptance. Headings are for convenience only. "Including" means "including without limitation."
Guest Posts 360 is not responsible for user-uploaded content. We follow DMCA procedures for copyright infringement. To report a violation, submit a takedown request via our official form. Verified infringing content will be removed. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
By uploading content, you confirm ownership or authorized use rights. Uploading pornographic, violent, or drug-related content is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any infringing content and terminate repeat offenders.
Guest Posts 360 does not guarantee the longevity or availability of third-party publications, domain status, or technical metrics after a post is published.
Buyers must report issues within 90 days of publication for review. Claims beyond this timeframe will not be considered.
